Endorsement complaints process – an update

SkillsActive is committed to protecting the interests of learners and our Endorsed Providers alike. In the unlikely event that a learner is unhappy with the training or service they have experienced through any of our Endorsed Providers, we require that in the first instance the learner follows the training provider’s own internal process to resolve the issue.  If this does not produce a satisfactory solution for the learner, they can contact us using the process detailed in our Complaints policy.
