This much needed conference will provide a platform to network and evaluate the Government’s Active Nation Strategy. The Active Nation strategy questions the continual focus on technical qualifications and the need to make sport an attractive career option for the brightest and most able individuals across the UK. The strategy pushes the further and higher education sector to ensure graduates are of high quality and have the right skill set for employers, and sees apprenticeships as the key mechanism to realise a sport workforce with the right skills. REPs announces new conference format for it’s events

We are refreshing the delivery of our REPS events in 2015. The majority of our conventions will be replaced with a ‘roadshow’ of half day events. We are offering you, as a SkillsActive Endorsed Provider, the opportunity to propose 55 minute workshops for these ‘roadshow’ events. As detailed in our recent invitation to all Endorsed Providers our members have told us what they want included in the content, now it is your turn to describe your potential sessions at our events. There is no charge for this opportunity and it will be a great way to offer snippets of learning to our REPs members. We require expressions of interest by Friday 13th March with the full descriptions by the 20th.

For more information and to submit your workshops please contact events@exerciseregister.org.
